GlobalyThis Privacy Policy explains how Globaly.Agency (“Globaly.Agency”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit globaly.agency, request a proposal, book a meeting or work with us. Globaly.Agency is operated by GrowthHub, a GlobalyHub company based at Gyakarba Marg, Kumaripati, Lalitpur, Nepal, which is the controller of your personal information. We follow the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) of Nepal and good international practice, and we explain your rights under European, UK and Californian law below.
Information we collect
- Proposal requests: when you submit the “Get a proposal” form: your name, work email, company, website or social media link, country, industry, the services you need, your monthly budget range and any notes you add.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through our social media accounts.
- Client materials: if you become a client, the photos, logos, product details and account access you share so we can deliver our services.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested to deliver and protect the site. For the proposal form we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (not the IP itself) to limit repeated submissions and prevent spam.
- Visit statistics: we count visits ourselves, without third-party analytics. Each browser gets a random ID (stored in your browser, see our Cookies Policy), and we record the page you visited, the approximate city and country from your connection, your device type, browser and operating system, and the site that sent you. We don’t store your IP address for this, and it isn’t linked to your name unless you request a proposal.
We do not use advertising pixels, Google Analytics or other third-party tracking on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Booking a meeting
The “Book a meeting” button takes you to a booking page on globalyos.com, run by GlobalyOS, another GlobalyHub product. The details you enter there (such as your name, email and chosen time) are handled under GlobalyOS’s own privacy terms, which you can read on that page. We receive the booking so we can hold the meeting with you.
How we use it
- To prepare your proposal and contact you about it.
- To hold the meetings you book with us.
- To provide, plan and improve the services you ask for.
- To reply to questions and send information you request.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people use the site so we can improve it.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
AI tools
We use AI tools to help create content. When we work on your account, we only put in the business information needed for the task, and a person reviews every piece before it’s published. We do not put the personal details from proposal requests into public AI tools.
If a client uses our AI Messaging service, the messages, comments and reviews their customers send to the client’s connected accounts (with the sender’s name or handle) are processed by AI providers (TypeSafe, which sorts each message, and Anthropic through OpenRouter, or Google, which write suggested replies) and by our social media partner, which delivers the messages and replies. We keep these messages for 90 days, and delete them when the client stops the service.
Where your information is stored
Proposal requests are stored in a secure Cloudflare D1 database, and a copy is emailed to our team inbox through our email provider, Resend. Cloudflare and Resend may process data in data centres in other countries, including outside your own. Access is limited to authorised GrowthHub staff.
How long we keep it
We keep proposal requests for up to 24 months unless you become a client, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner. When we delete a request we keep only a note of the company name and industry, when it came in, and which team member deleted it and when; your name and email are not kept.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting, email and the AI tools described above), with platforms when you ask us to run ads or manage pages on your behalf, or when required by law. We do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to being contacted. Email hello@globaly.agency and we will respond within one month.
International visitors
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
If you are in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR or UK GDPR gives you these rights over your personal information:
- Access: get a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction: have inaccurate or incomplete information fixed.
- Deletion: have your information erased where we no longer need it or have no lawful reason to keep it.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to any direct marketing at any time.
- Portability: receive information you gave us in a common, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another provider.
- Complaint: complain to the data protection supervisory authority where you live or work (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office). We would appreciate the chance to help first.
We rely on these legal bases: taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing that contract (proposal requests, meetings and client work); our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the site and replying to enquiries (visit statistics, spam prevention, messages); and legal obligations (tax and accounting records). Because we are based in Nepal, your information is transferred outside the EEA and UK. Where our providers offer them, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
California
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it (described in this policy), to ask us to delete or correct it, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version.
